When you have a classroom full of boys...

you notice that your strategies change.

Here's some examples:

1. Don't make me turn into the Hulk...you won't like the Hulk.
2. May the Force be with you (as I hand them a calculator to check their work).
3. (pretending to be Darth Vader in first movie where you put your arms on and pretend to squeeze)  I think that they think this is the funniest one (Alice gets this one).
4. Throwing a football far to earn street credit.
5. Relaying everything into a sport...how do you meet friends?  How do I meet friends...then we mention kickball.

Top 2 moments of the day:

1. When my one student who has been struggling to stay focused, figured out a Math problem on the back chalkboard.  I was SOOOOOO excited...I gave him a great job certificate and sent him to Ms. Nguyen...my cheerleader for this student.
2. We also had many compliments for Music today : ).  One student who doesn't care for bucks would have gotten 2 today!!!!!  I pretended like FIREWORKS were going off around him.
